Felecia Cox, President

Felecia Cox is Vice President and Branch Manager of Florida Bank in Ponte Vedra Beach. She has been in banking for over 25 years and has worked in the Ponte Vedra market for over 14 years. A resident of Atlantic Beach, she is a Jacksonville native and graduated from Edward Waters College with a B.A. in Management. Felicia started her career at Barnett Bank while in high school. After 20 years with Barnett Bank/Bank of America, she moved to SunTrust Bank for seven years before coming to Florida Bank. Felicia is also involved with the Hubbard House and has served on their board.

Barry McDonald, Secretary

Barry McDonald is the General Manager of Sawagrass Country Club . He is originally from the Finger Lakes Region of upstate New York and has been the Sawgrass Country Club’s General Manager for past three years. Barry’s career in the hospitality industry includes several world class clubs in both southwest Florida and central New York over the past fifteen years. Barry’s background in club management has allowed him to pursue his passion of golf and his sincere interest in providing the highest level of sporting and social programs for membership clubs. Other interests include fishing, boating and dining out around Jacksonville. Barry has a degree in Hospitality Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Florida Gulf Coast University. He is also an involved member of the Club Managers Association of America and holds their certification in club management designation, CCM.

Dave Danziesen

Dave Danziesen holds both a BA from Columbia University and an MBA from Harvard University. He was the owner and president of nine companies specializing in mass transit, airport shuttles, school bus transportation, national tours and transit services between the state of New York and Atlantic City. Later he became President of the New York State Bus & Transit Operators Association. Dave also was owner and founder of Northeast Automotive and Spring specializing in heavy duty truck repair and Leaf Spring servicing Anchor Motor Freight, the exclusive carrier for General Motors. He also owned Beech Hill Farms, located in Westport , NY, and grew grain for Budweiser and their associated beverage makers. He is semi retired and owns Clean Getaway Car Wash in Jacksonville Beach, Showboat Car Wash in St. Augustine and Classic Car Wash in Orange Park.

Bill Hughes, Vice President

Bill Hughes turned professional in 1979 after playing golf at Bowling Green State University. A member of the PGA of America since 1984, he became a member of the illustrious group of PGA Master Professionals in 1995. Throughout his career in the Club Industry, Bill has held the position of Head Professional at Shawnee Country Club in Lima, Ohio and General Manager/Owner of Country Acres Golf Club in Ottawa, Ohio. In 1996, he was hired by the PGA TOUR as General Manager/Director of Golf at TPC Southwind in Memphis, Tennessee and relocated to Cincinnati, Ohio in 1999 as General Manager/Director of Golf to open the TPC River’s Bend . In 2003, Bill was promoted to Regional Director of TPC Operations and relocated to Dallas, Texas and in I2006, was asked to relocate to Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida and oversee the final stages of construction and global repositioning of the TPC Sawgrass, the flagship of the TPC Network.

Christine Adams

Christine Adams is a Charter Member and Past Secretary for Commercial Real Estate Women and serves as the managing attorney of the firm’s Ponte Vedra Beach office. She graduated summa cum laude from Jacksonville University with a BS and earned her law degree from the University of Florida where she earned honors. Christine is a Board Member of the Beaches Historical Society and a Charter Member and Past Secretary for Citizens For Responsibility and Ethics in Washington – Jacksonville. She is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and was a liaison for Florida Coastal School of Law and Real Property to the Probate Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.

Frances King

Frances King, a native of Lakeland, FL, moved to Ponte Vedra Beach in 1993 and opened Frances King Nationwide Insurance Agency. The agency became an Independent Insurance Agency in 2007 and has recently undergone a name change to King & Associates Insurance Agency. She has been active in the insurance industry for over 25 years. Upon moving her family to the Jacksonville area in 1993, she began serving on the board for the Educational Foundation in Ponte Vedra Beach and joined Women Business Owners and Esprit de Corp. Frances is a member of National Insurance Women of America and sits on the Board of Directors for Bright Holidays, an organization dedicated to helping families in need.

Jared Rice

Jared Rice is currently THE PLAYERS Championship Director of Sales and Marketing. He joined THE PLAYERS staff in June after four years in multiple roles at the PGA TOUR including Business Development and Global Licensing. While in those positions, Jared oversaw development of Tour licensing programs worldwide and assisted with the sale of PGA TOUR Title Sponsorships and Official Marketing Partner Sponsorships. He was born in Plymouth, NH and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Sports Marketing and Business Administration. Jared joined the PGA TOUR from the Detroit Red Wings organization after having spent five years with the Walt Disney Company during their ownership of the Anaheim Angels and Mighty Ducks.
