It is no wonder you are interested in moving to Ponte Vedra Beach.  Although the population of our county, St. Johns, is only the 29th largest in Florida, our per capita income ranks 2nd in the state and that income is 123% of the state average and 118% of the national average based on 2003 statistics.  According also to those statistics, the earnings of persons employed here increased 8.8%,  almost double the national average.  Add to that, the fact that this is the 2nd fastest growing county in Florida and you have some pretty healthy economic indicators.  So it came as no surprise when CNN and Money Magazine named ours the best place to live in Florida and among the 50 best to live in the United States.

Business is booming here and our economy is good; yet, our property taxes are still low.  Although a young community with many children, we also have a large group of retirees that provide a great resource pool for this area.  Our school system is top-notch and we are close to several large universities.  We are well educated, interested in the arts and enjoy world-class restaurants and resorts.  In addition, we are passionate about our golf and tennis and are huge fans of our NFL team, the Jacksonville Jaguars.   If that were not enough, we have one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida.  Ponte Vedra Beach has a small town feel with a cosmopolitan atmosphere.
