Ponte Vedra Beach / St. Johns County

Ponte Vedra Beach is an unincorporated community situated in the northeast corner of St. Johns County on the Atlantic Ocean, with 51.1 square miles of beautiful property coexisting with natural habitat. Jacksonville Beach is at our northern border, the Intracoastal Waterway is to our west, and of course, the Atlantic Ocean is to our east. St. Augustine is just a short drive down A1A to our south, putting Ponte Vedra Beach right in the center of the best part of the First Coast. The area of land on either side of State Route 210 just west of the Intracoastal Waterway up to US 1 is now being developed as the Town of Nocatee, but is officially considered Ponte Vedra, Florida. The development of this area which will take place over the next 20 years will ultimately add 15,000 households to our area.
